Brand Story
Yocon positioned itself early on one of cell therapy’s central problems: serum. Foetal bovine serum — the traditional growth supplement — is variable between batches, carries contamination risk, and complicates regulatory approval of any therapy grown in it. Yocon has spent nearly two decades formulating serum-free alternatives, and today describes itself as a leading R&D supplier of serum-free culture products in China.
