Overview
Nippon Genetics’ FastGene line covers the everyday nucleic acid workflow: DNA/RNA and protein electrophoresis systems, real-time PCR/qPCR thermal cyclers, gel documentation systems, and the Midori Green family of safer nucleic acid stains.
Applications
Routine DNA and RNA analysis: running and documenting agarose gels, protein separation, target amplification and quantification by qPCR, cloning and general cell biology work. Midori Green stains are widely used as safer alternatives to ethidium bromide for gel staining.
